Perinatal Anxiety and Depression Aotearoa (PADA) required two video pieces - primarily aimed at health professionals to help them gain a better understanding of Maori and Pasifika approaches to maternal mental health.

Working with experts in the field, community mental health workers, and brave women who told their story so others could understand their journey, two video pieces were produced which have been regularly used at seminars as discussion starters. The pieces are also available publicly on PADA’s website and social channels. Jude Dobson researched, wrote, directed and produced them.
